Hi, I’m Michelle; I am the hands, heart, soul, and flour-covered apron behind my micro-bakery.

 

I’m a working mom, a sourdough lover, and someone who believes that food should feel both nourishing and comforting. I didn’t come into this with a big business background or a perfect plan. What I do have is a deep love for sourdough, a desire to slow my life down a little, and to create something meaningful from my own kitchen.

 

Sourdough is more than just bread: it’s time, care, creativity, and the joy of sharing something made from the heart, while creating moments of warmth and connection along the way.

I specialize in naturally leavened sourdough, including thoughtfully crafted gluten-free options. Since I’m gluten-intolerant myself, I understand how personal food choices can be, and I approach every bake with care, honesty, and respect for the people who will be enjoying it.
